Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options via USPS or UPS.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
House of Kiash is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
