Refund policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return due to damage or error, contact us at info@houseofkiash.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns on any products, including earrings, gift cards, custom items, or sale items.

Shipping regions
We currently ship within the U.S. only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Refunds
If your return is approved due to damage or error, we’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
