With the right care, your jewelry will keep its shine for a long time. Keep it dry, store it properly, and avoid contact with water, sweat, and products like perfume or lotion, that’s the secret to long-lasting glow.

At House of Kiash, we’re committed to doing things thoughtfully, not just beautifully. Our jewelry is made in small batches to avoid mass production and reduce waste. We partner with manufacturers who follow ethical labor practices, ensuring fair working conditions and responsible craftsmanship at every step.

We usually process orders in 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link so you can watch your jewelry make its way to you. Delivery times depend on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S. only.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Not ideal and very rare. But if it happens, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with clear photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it quickly.

As a small-batch brand, we don’t offer returns or refunds at this time.
